1. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any Servestro product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

2. Product

Servestro sells a digital training system for restaurant front-of-house operations, delivered as a ZIP file containing editable Word documents, Excel workbooks, and supporting files ("the Product"). All files are delivered electronically: a download page appears immediately after payment, and the download link is also sent to the email address provided at checkout.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download, open, and edit the files for use at one restaurant location.
• Customize the documents with your restaurant's name, branding, and operational details.
• Print and distribute copies internally for staff training purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the files with any third party outside your organization.
• Use the Product as the basis for a competing training product or service.
• Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notices.

A separate license is required for each additional restaurant location. Contact hello@servestro.com for multi-location pricing.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Because the Product is a digital download made available immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If a file is damaged, missing, or will not open, email hello@servestro.com and we will replace it. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before you buy, email hello@servestro.com.

5. Delivery

Immediately after payment, you will be taken to a download page where you can download the Product. We also email the download link to the address you provide at checkout, typically within one business day, so you can return to it later. If the download page did not load, or you have not received the email within one business day, check your spam folder or contact hello@servestro.com.

6. No Warranty

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Servestro does not guarantee that the materials will meet every operational need of every restaurant or jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Servestro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data — arising from your purchase or use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the Product, including document templates, instructional text, checklists, scripts, and financial tools, is the intellectual property of Servestro and is protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you the limited license described in Section 3 only.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

10. Changes to These Terms

Servestro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at servestro.com/terms. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of the Terms in effect at the time of that purchase.
